Transfers Module

Initiates the transfer of plots/units from one member to another, requiring the submission of transfer documents, along with live photo documentation of both the seller and buyer during the transfer process. Approval from designated authorities is required before processing. The system automatically generates transfer-related documents, ensuring transparency in ownership transfers.

Possession Management

Desk officer initiates the possession request. Routed to the surveyor for verification and final measurements. Surveyor assesses and updates the system with measurements. Final possession approval is granted by management. Possession letter is generated upon approval, ensuring smooth handover.

Plot Allotment & Cancellation

Allotment is initiated based on customer purchase requests. Requires approval from higher authorities before finalizing allotment. Allotment letters are generated and provided to the member.
